GI Bill Certification Forms

If you have not previously used benefits, complete the VA’s online Education Benefits Application Process at least 8 weeks prior to classes starting.

All forms should be typed (Cert Form (VSC) must be typed), signed and presented to the Veteran Services office in the VARC before they will be processed (all faxed forms must be typed).

Chapter 30 (Montgomery GI Bill)

• Certify My Hours (VSC-30)
• Transfer benefits to UCF or Change Major/Minor (22-1995)

Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation)

• Certify My Hours (VSC-31)

Chapter 33 (Post 9/11 GI Bill)

Note: You MUST be enrolled greater than 1/2 time to receive any BAH. Please refer to the Credit Hour and BAH Requirements for more information.

• Certify My Hours (VSC-33)
• Transfer benefits to UCF or Change Major/Minor (22-1995)

Chapter 35 (DEA – Dependents Education Assistance)

Chapter 1606 (Montgomery Reserve Select GI Bill)

• Transfer benefits to UCF or Change Major/Minor (22-1995)
