Lorine Cisch-Taylor

Student Resource Specialist II: Transfer & Transition Services / Career Services / Student Accessibility Services



Lorine has an Master’s of Science degree in Social Work and has worked with veterans and their families in a variety of settings, including securing health insurance benefits for veterans’ families and providing substance abuse counseling services. As the Transfer and Transitions Advisor at the Veterans Academic Resource Center, she provides whatever assistance necessary to make transitioning to UCF as positive and simple as possible for our veterans. She is a resource and advocate for their success. As the Career Services Advisor, Lorine’s duties are assisting student veterans with career exploration, resume critique, job search strategies and networking. Lorine also serves as liaison with the Student Accessibility Services office as an advocate for student veterans, assisting them to obtain the appropriate accommodations and maximize their success as students at UCF.

Lorine has lived in the Orlando area since 2003 and is the proud mom of 2 daughters.
